  • About the Candidate...  Mark Baudendistel currently is a Senior Commercial Appraiser at the Pima County Assessor’s office for the last 8 years and has been responsible for the valuation of a variety of properties. His experience and familiarity with all aspects of the daily functions of the Assessor’s department, combined with his extensive managerial  experience makes him the ideal candidate.
  •  Previous positions include:

  • Title officer at Fidelity National Title
  • Manager of a 750,000sf distribution center for Kenco Inc
  •  Several other supervisoral positions including warehouse manager at Arizona Welding Equipment (now Praxair).
 As a homeowner and former small business owner, Mr Baudendistel understands how important an accurate and fair value of property is to budget and perform business revenue projections. He is just a regular guy, not a politician or a lawyer nor has any other businesses.

 

 

 

 

 

 A resident of Tucson for 24 years, Mark is very familar with Pima County and the Old Pueblo. Originally from Lockport, NY and having resided in Florida, Texas and California provides a unique set of experiences and perspective.

 As a single father of four children, two of whom are now also in the rewarding field of public service, family has always been the most important part of his life.
